I am Laurens Frijters, partner of Charlotte, proud father of two daughters and grew up in the 90-ies. As one of the founders of Beeminds, I am working daily on our own growth and data & AI challenges of our clients. I also invest in some growth companies and sustainability projects. Growing with data & sustainability is the topic that interests and motivates me for the last few years.
Morning Boost
My day always starts early – today I got up at 6:30 am. As a morning person, I like to get up in time to read or exercise. Today I’m going to do a lap of cycling. Then I make my favorite breakfast: a bowl of yogurt with homemade granola. This is how I start the day full of energy.
Day start with the team
After breakfast, I join Beeminds’ daily check-in at 9 am. A short moment to synchronize with the team, set priorities and most importantly share progress . This is how we keep the energy going.
On the go with podcasts
On my way to an appointment or while traveling, I like to listen to my favorite podcasts FD Dagkoers and Napleiten. This way I keep up with current events or hear fascinating stories that make me think.

The rest of the day is dedicated to customers and our growth plan. Fortunately, here at Beeminds, I surround myself with smart colleagues who constantly challenge each other and also have fun together

Data & AI developments are moving super fast and the market is not accepting a status quo. This environment appeals to me. My experiences, as founder and CEO with my previous company InSpark, help.
Every day when we learn new things and we get one step closer to our goal, my energy starts to flow. When that doesn’t happen, I get restless .
Time for action and relaxation
My ideal day ends with a serious game of padel and a beer
or with fresh sushi and good conversation with colleagues, friends or family.
