About the role
You translate customer requests into clear objectives and ensure that deadlines, budgets and quality are monitored.
You ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done and when. You think about the best solutions, optimize processes and know how to reduce complex projects to clear, feasible steps. No two days are the same, but your role is always indispensable.
You have a healthy interest and experience in the data management and AI fields, such as data governance, data quality, data security & privacy and data integrations. You will also work on a smooth transfer to our DataOps team, where topics such as operationalizing SLAs and OLAs hold no secrets for you.
What will you do?
- You will drive data & AI projects, which are delivered through the Intelligenthive®.
- You translate customer needs into concrete schedules and sprint structures.
- You will monitor the progress, budgets and quality of the projects.
- You facilitate sprint planning and daily stand-ups (scrum) and ensure blockages are removed.
- You ensure clear communication between clients, colleagues and other stakeholders.
- You will participate in the further development of our project approach.
What do you bring to us?
We are looking for an organizationally strong colleague with an affinity for data, AI and technology. You know how to keep a grip on complex projects, and enjoy working in a fast-growing, innovative environment. No (data) mountain is too high for you. You have good communication skills, are flexible, work in a structured way and always think two steps ahead.
Furthermore, you have:
- Bachelor’s or WO working and thinking level.
- Experience in project management in a technical or digital environment.
- Affinity for data, automation and AI (you do not have to be a techie) and are able to devise and develop, together with the customer, innovative data-driven use cases.
- A structured working method and keen eye for detail.
- Experience with scrum or agile working.
- You are communicative, analytically strong and have a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
