For example, it can be used to move data from a data warehouse into an app in which customers can access their own data. As such, it is a reverse <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.beeminds.nl\/simplified\/ELT\">ETL process.<\/a><\/u>  <\/p>\n<p>Reverse ETL is often deployed because the data from an analytics environment is often cleansed and thus relatively easy to consume. Organizations thus get the most out of their (analytics) investment, as they now use this data not only for analytics purposes, but also for other systems. Also, analytics environments are better able to unlock data to another (external) system than the operational systems that contain the original data.
